Very disappointed in the quality of my vacuum cleaner
I hadn't work for over 10 years and never had a problem out of it it finally went out on me I purchased a new one exactly the same 2 years ago and I've had nothing but issues keep having to replace the belts so that's more money spent and the cord is exposed because the rubber is poor quality and I over 10 years with the other one and never had that problem just got off the phone with customer service and nothing they can do about it so that just tells me it's not made like it used to be and it's very disappointing and I will not buy another work product and I used to brag about this vacuum all the time until I got this new one or it should be very ashamed of themselves for the quality that they're putting out and I'm not doing anything different with this new vacuum than I was with my other one for 10 years
